Need For Speed Carbon, I'm new to the whole series of games but I brought this on PS2 for $20 and it is awesome. The driving and range of cars plus the huge amount of races and challenges to do aswell as deck your car out is great, I am totally obssessed with this game and have only got to 52% of it after what seems like weeks of playing. For anyone that hasn't brought it or played it seriously check it out, it was so good I brought Mosted Wanted the preceeding game aswell....$10 anyone

I got it for the laptop...Love that game, but Need For Speed: Most Wanted was my favorite.

I'm not big on the Need For Speed games. I bought Hot Pursuit sometime back, and it did nothing for me. Then when I bought my PSP (big mistake) some time ago I got the one for the PSP and hated it. I'm just not big on racing games in general. I'm an RPG kind of guy.

| I haven't played it for awhile now got too hard to finish right at the end, I havn't got around to playing Most Wanted yet but I will when I get time.

I'm gonna have to agree with Reality on this one. I'm not a huge fan of racing games either. One that is really good, however, is Test Drive Unlimited. You go around Hawaii collecting cars and free driving and/or racing.

I brought Halo for PC yesterday, wierd my first PC game since I got my computer 2 years ago 
The campaign mode is great, multiplayer is good but some people on there are really annoying when you kill them.

I really enjoyed Halo, but I had it on my laptop, and it bled my writing time. I'm ambivalent about Halo 2, because the pistol in 2 doesn't have that nice scope, nor that same sweet punch as in the first Halo.
But, the new vehicles and the plasma sword are tempting.

Halo 2 is pretty fun, but I wouldn't waste money on it unless it's really your type of game. The multi player mode is the only real highlight. The rest is just alright.
