General rules applying to all fora:

* Users shall have only one account. Multiple accounts giving the impression of multiple different people are not allowed.
* No double posting, edit your last post if you want to add something. There are exceptions to this rule, but in principle, you shouldn't.
* Posts should be of interest to others.
* Topics that have been moved can be found in a sticky topic in the forum from where it has been moved.
* If there's already a topic that matches the content of your post, post it there; unless the topic has been "dead" for long already. The rules concerning this are vague. Sometimes it makes sense to revive a topic that hasn't had any activity for very long, for example because you answer to a post there. Other times it's better to create a new topic.
* When posting to a topic that hasn't been active for very long, make sure your post is actually worth it to revive the topic: it should really add something.
* Everything should in principle be in English so everyone can read it.
* Signatures should be maximally 200 pixels high.
* Pictures should be maximally about 750 pixels wide; use a link if it's bigger. Be moderate using big pictures.
* Pictures containing nudity should be links with a warning (except if the topic already has a nudity warning in it's title).
* No:

o Racism
o Anti-semitism
o Pyramid schemes
o Invitation constructions when there is no gain for the invited person

The moderators decide what falls under this category.
* Plugging websites ("You should check out this forum", for instance) is only allowed for members that have been active for quite some time and have contributed to the forums.
* Forum rules are not listed exhaustively. The moderators decide what is okay and what is not.
* Private Messages addressed to me will not be answered if the question could just as well have been posted in a forum.
* Discussion about forum rules takes place in this topic.
* REMEMBER - IF ANY CHILD PORNOGRAPHY IS UPLOADED TO THIS SITE YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES AND BANNED FROM THE SITE FOR GOOD - I HAVE ACCSES TO YOUR IP ADDRESSES



For now, all forum rules are a work in progress; things might change, extra rules might be added.
